The Troff

Popped in for some sandwiches and cakes to take away. They were made for me there and then and even had crisps on the side! The selection of tray bakes were delicious too. The owners have a well organised and efficient team and also kindly arranged to bring my boxes of food out to my car because I'm disabled and would have struggled otherwise. That was much appreciated.

Took my old man here for an all day breakfast for the first time. This place is a hidden gem. Food was great, staff were lovely and the vibe of the place was really warm. Great to find somewhere local that serves a quality brunch ! I would say we’re a couple of avocado, salmon and poached egg options away from perfect in my book. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly, food was absolutely delicious, trendy decor, spotless - great wee find! I got three mugs o' tea from the pot!! Highly recommend you visit, we'll definitely be back for the fully cooked breakfast, looked yum!

Me and my partner saw this in our area as we were staying locally nearby on our travels 7hrs away from the midlands. We simply searched for a cafe / food and this instantly came up in the Leven area, and we couldn’t be any happier with this little gem. The staff were simply lovely, creating such a friendly atmosphere - very warming and inviting. We had a Caramel Latte and Mocha - really tasty and sweet. Food: I had a Club Sandwich - I cannot deny, this is probably the best club sandwich I have had to date - no exaggeration. Really filling, the flavours were immense and just super tasty. My partner had the Steak Strips, which were on on a bed of fried mushrooms, onions, on a garlic naan which was smothered in a delicious garlic butter, accompanied with a side salad and homemade coleslaw. OH. MY. GOD. HEAVEN! As the chef brought our food over, she said “Oh you’re going to enjoy this” and she was so RIGHT. 10/10 - if your passing by pop in you won’t regret and the prices are super reasonable, and the food is comfort heaven. What an amazing wee cafe. Did a google search and this gem of a place came up. The consistent 5⭐ reviews are given for a reason. Lovely food, first class service, good prices and exceptional staff. I whole heartedly recommend and will be back.

Love this place. The drive from Dunfermline was well worth it. Nice friendly welcome. The coffee was piping hot & tastey. The cooked breakfast was great & the cherry scone, that I took home, was the tastiest I've ever had. Definitely be back

Stopped off here on the road home from a camping trip. Didn't know what to expect. Food was amazing. Had the full breakfast and it was just what I needed. Good portion size. Well presented. Staff were great as well. Ended up taking some cakes home as well.

We popped into (very dog-friendly) Troff on our way home from a short break. The food was delicious, and served beautifully on themed serving plates. The staff were so welcoming & friendly! Loved the decor too. Our Westie was delighted to be offered complimentary sausages too!! A wee gem in Leven :)
